What do Windlesham House fees include?

Windlesham House has much to offer and is included in our fees. We believe in transparent pricing with minimal extras, so you can be confident about the true cost of your child’s education.

Wrap around care for day prep children starts at 7.30am and could finish at 6.30pm. Of course, there is always the opportunity to stay the night too. There are provisions for pre-prep in place too.

What is included in the fees?

Meals and refreshments
Three homemade meals have a variety of choice which includes a main hot meal plus sides, pasta, pasta sauces, a delicious vegetarian option, soup of the day, multiple salads and several puddings including seasonal fresh fruit. Of course, there are also snacks and fruits during breaktimes.

Laundry service
Our day children have their sports kit washed every day whilst the boarders have a more comprehensive daily laundry service. We reckon we have over forty-five loads of washing a day.

Co-curricular activities
Eighty-five per cent of the one hundred and fifty strong extra-curricular programme is included in the termly fee and includes anything from golf, art, swimming, dancing, tree planting, photography to name a few.

Saturday enrichment programme
Windlesham House’s immensely popular Saturday programme is also part of the termly fee which boasts over twenty activities for children to choose which are specifically aimed at preparing children for their next chapter whilst having a lot of fun.

What are the termly pre-prep fees?

The pre-prep fees cover the school day from 8.00am to 3.30pm. There is a small additional charge for wrap-around care which is available until 6.00pm. All fees and charges are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

All fees and charges are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Flexi boarding options are also available; please enquire for fees.

What about registration fees and deposits?

Please note that there is a registration fee of one hundred and eighty pounds (inc VAT) for every applicant. A deposit will be payable to secure your child’s place once an offer has been made. More information about the deposits can be found on the termly fees schedule.

Our all-inclusive approach means minimal extras, with meals, laundry, wrap around care and most activities included in the termly fee.

Extended day included
Day pupils can arrive at 7.30am and stay until 6.30pm with no additional charges for extended care.
All meals provided
Three delicious, nutritious meals daily plus snacks and fruit during breaks are all included.
Laundry service
Daily sports kit washing for day pupils and comprehensive laundry service for boarders means less work for families.
Activities included
Eighty-five per cent of our extensive co-curricular programme is included, with no hidden extras for most clubs and activities.
